Tektronix ADA400A Differential Preamplifier
The ADA400A Differential Preamplifier allows direct oscilloscopemeasurements of very low amplitude voltages and signals which are notground referenced. The high impedance of both inputs eliminates the needto add additional ground points in the DUT, thereby avoidingcirculating currents which disturb the measurement or the circuit.
